The major activities
- 1. 찬양과 예배 (Praise and Worship)
찬양과 예배를 통해 하나님을 만나고 하나님의 사랑을 나누고 복음을 전한다. 세부 활동은 다음과 같다.
Through praise and worship, members of the English Ministry meet Jesus Christ, share God’s love and spread the Good News. Detailed activities are:
11:00 – 11:20 봉사자의 경건의 시간 ( Volunteers' Devotions Time ).
11:20 – 13:00 찬양 준비 ( Praise Song Practice )
13:00 – 14:20 예배와 친교( Worship Service & Fellowship )
14:20 – 15:00 점심식사교제 ( Lunch Fellowship )
15:00 – 16:00 그룹성경공부 (Group Bible Study )
16:00 – 17:00 한국어교실 (Korean Language Class )
- 2. 교육 (Education)
1) 그룹 성경공부 및 나눔( Group Bible Study and Sharing )
성경공부로 믿음을 키우고 나눔을 통해 영적 양식을 얻는다.
Through Bible study and group sharing, members spiritually grow in faith and nourish each other.
2) 한국어 교실 (Korean Language Class)
Members learn Korean (Basic and Advanced Level)
3) 토요 성경공부 및 기도회 (Saturday Bible Study and Prayer Meeting)
토요일 저녁 자치회 주관으로 성경공부와 중보기도회 시간을 갖는다.
On Saturday evenings members of the English Ministry Council take turns hosting a Bible study and intercessory prayer meeting.
- 3. 친교 및 활동(Fellowship & Activities)
1) 새신자 환영 및 생일축하 (Welcoming New Comers & Celebrating Birthday)
A regular part of the Sunday fellowship involves introducing new comers and celebrating the birthdays of members.
2) 점심 식사 ( Community Meal )
매주 주일 예배 후 식탁공동체로 만나 친교를 나눈다.
Every Sunday, immediately following the service the English ministry offers a community meal as an opportunity to share fellowship.
3) 수련회 ( Retreats for Spiritual Renewal )
1년에 2번 (추석과 설 명절) 1박 2일의 영적 부흥을 위한 수련회를 갖는다.
The English ministry regularly hosts two retreats for spiritual revival during Chuseok and the Lunar New Year holiday seasons.
4) 야외예배 ( Outdoor services )
연 1~2회 야외예배를 갖는다.
The Ministry offers outdoor services once or twice a year.
